Our story
Born from years inside Indian schools
Modernera began with a simple observation. Across India, passionate people were starting schools with big dreams but little guidance, learning expensive lessons about approvals, hiring and admissions the hard way.
We set out to be the partner we wished those founders had: people who have run schools, sat through inspections and filled classrooms, and who give honest, practical advice. Today our team supports preschools, K-12 schools and education groups from metro cities to small towns.
“Every school we work with starts as someone’s dream. Our job is to give that dream a plan, a team and the discipline to grow, so children benefit for decades.”
Our mission
To help every school we work with become a place where children learn joyfully, teachers grow and communities place their trust.
Our vision
An India where every child, in every town, has access to a well-run school that prepares them for a changing world.
What we stand for
Values that guide every engagement
Children first
Every recommendation is tested against one question: is this good for the children?
Honest advice
We tell you what we really think, even when it is not what you hoped to hear.
Practical over theoretical
Ideas must work on real campuses, with real budgets and real people.
Accountability
Clear scope, named owners and regular reviews. We measure ourselves by your results.
