July to August: prepare

Review last season’s numbers: enquiries, visits, admissions and where families came from. Update your website, Google Business Profile and brochure, and train counsellors before the rush begins.

September to November: build awareness

This is when parents start researching. Run digital campaigns, share stories from classrooms, hold community events and connect with preschools and housing societies in your catchment.

December to February: convert

Hold open houses, follow up every enquiry within 24 hours and make campus tours memorable. Track every family in a simple system so no one is forgotten. Keep state RTE admission timelines in mind for entry-level seats.

  • Reply to every enquiry within one working day
  • Offer visit slots on weekends for working parents
  • Send a short thank-you message after each visit

March to April: welcome and learn

Run orientation for new families, fill remaining seats with targeted reminders and record what worked. The best admissions teams treat every season as data for the next one.
